For our Ghost Walk

Short but sweet. By coming on the walk you agree to the following: If you should die, get hurt, faint or pass out, lose your false teeth, your eyes pop out of your head, your eardrums breaks, wet yourself or anything else which might damage your health – it´s your own fault. You come on this walk at your own risk. If you fall down some old stairs, slip on a cobblestone, be set alight, squashed by a falling dead body, infected with the plague or even have all your hair turn white from fright, then we cannot be held responsible. You have been Warned!

What if the tour is cancelled?
If the tour by any chance is being cancelled, you will of course get your money back or you can rebook to next available tour.
The tour can be cancelled if the participants are less than 10 persons.

Payment of the tour
The payment should be paid in advance with Swish, PayPal or credit card from a link we send you.
Your spots on the tour is not guaranteed until we have received the payment.
In the event of cancellation, no later than the day before the tour, the prepaid amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of 50SEK. If cancellation takes place on the same day as the tour, no refund will be made.
For group bookings, for 6 persons or more, the following applies in the event of cancellation;
If cancellation or reduction occurs later that 1 week before the tour, 75% per person will be charged. If canceled after 12noon on the day before the tour, 100% will be charged per person.

Prices
All prices is in SEK. Stockholm Ghost Walk can change prices at any time without notice.

Shipping cost
If you buy anything, except for gift cards, a shipping cost might occure.

Payment
You can pay with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on our webb site (the link is only in Swedish at the moment). The credit card payments will be handled by Worldline (Bambora AB).

Personal information
Stockholm Ghost Walk are resposible for all information that you register as our customer on our webb site. When you buy something you have to register your personal information you also agree to be registred in our costumer register. We will keep the information for any future contact. We will not give your contact information to a third part.

Validity of our gift cards
Our gift cards expires 12 month from the day of issue. You can add 12 extra month for a fee. Our gift cards are non refundable.

Dinner packages
Stockholm Ghost Walk has the right to change restaurant and menu after you have purchased a gift card with dinner package. Stockholm Ghost Walk is not responsible for the menu on the restaurants. The restaurants and menu can be changed without any notice. Stockholm Ghost Walk has no prebooked seats at any restaurant. Every reservation is due to space available.
